Ebony Vaughan graduated from Morgan State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and The University of Maryland School of Social Work with a Masters Degree in Social Work. She has over 25 years of experience providing services to children, youth and adults as a Clinician, Trainer, Administrator, Supervisor and Consultant in the Mental Health Field. She is currently employed with The Baltimore City School System.
Mrs. Vaughan has been a Small Business Owner providing Clinical and Consultative services to individuals, groups and organizations since 2009. Mrs. Vaughan operates a mental health practice in Baltimore County providing individual and family therapy to adults, children and youth.
Mrs.Vaughan has a desire to see others pursue dreams and reach their full potential. She has dedicated her life to empowering others to overcome obstacles and be the person that God has created them to be.
Mrs. Vaughan seeks to empower every young person to develop thought processes and actions that lead to economic success, a sense of citizenship in their communities and also to create opportunities for growth for themselves as well as others
